Description
This Victorian style fob Made with 9K Rose & Yellow Gold and another metal (possibly silver), features elaborate balls, fob, a miniature frame and a wonderful tassel interspersed along fabulous chains. This distinctive Albertina is the elaborate version of an Albert chain used for fobs and watches. It has 3 clasps, one for the a miniature frame. It measures 13cm in length and weighs 36.9g. Originally this frame had 4 settings containing amethysts, one of these is broken and the stone lost. The one chain has 2 damaged links but this historical piece could be easily repaired by a professional.
