Mantelpiece Clock and Candelabra Garniture in Gilded Metal & Porcelain
Description
An exquisite 1960’s antique-style gilded metal and porcelain clock and candelabra set, featuring intricate hand-painted detailing and a luxurious Rococo-inspired design. The set comprises:
A battery-operated quartz clock, encased in an ornate urn-shaped porcelain body, adorned with gilded cherubic figures and elaborate floral and scroll motifs.
Two matching candelabras, each holding two candles, with gilded cherub supports.
The craftsmanship is exceptional, with delicate hand-painted designs enhancing the elegance of the set.
Condition:
A hairline crack and small chip on the lid of the clock.
A minor chip on one candle holder (both flaws are hardly noticeable and do not detract from the presentation).
Overall, the set presents beautifully and remains a striking decorative centerpiece.
