Lot 10:
Industrial Stainless Steel Hot Food Pass (Single Tier) - Untested - Sold As Is
Description
Heavy-duty unit designed to keep plated meals at food-safe temperatures before they head to the front of house. Built from high-quality, easy-to-sanitize stainless steel, this unit is a "tank" of a kitchen asset.
Condition: Untested / Sold As-Is.
Potential: Ideal for someone with electrical knowledge or a catering technician. Even if the heating elements require replacement, the value of the stainless steel housing alone far exceeds the starting bid.
Note to Buyers: This unit has not been plugged in or tested by our team. It may require new globes or elements, or it could be a simple plug-and-play bargain. Please bid accordingly.
