Description
A collection of vintage home audio equipment comprising a Yamaha Natural Sound Compact Disc Player model CD-S300, a Hafler preamplifier, a Hafler DH-200 power amplifier, and a pair of Polk Audio floor-standing speakers. The Yamaha CD player features a black brushed-metal faceplate with a front-facing USB port and controls for pure direct mode, and is paired with a small black Pro-Ject Head Box S headphone amplifier. The amplification section includes a Hafler preamplifier with silver-tone rotary controls for volume, balance, bass, and treble, alongside a Hafler DH-200 power amplifier characterised by prominent external lateral heat sinks. The floor-standing speakers are housed in wood-effect cabinets with black fabric grilles; a removable section on one speaker reveals internal crossover components on a circuit board marked 20060 2Z, HF OUT, GND, IN, and C3. The rear of one speaker features a circular terminal plate with red and black binding posts and a white adhesive label printed with the serial number 12 09227. Tested and Working, for sale as is.
