A Pair of Mi Polin Menokiah Ceramic Hanukkah Menorah and Original Packaging
Description
One set is damaged. Contemporary white glazed ceramic Hanukkah oil menorahs, known as a Menokiah, designed by the Mi Polin studio. The piece features a modernist U-shaped form with a curved profile and stepped geometric recesses. The main body contains eight integrated cylindrical wells for oil, each fitted with a circular metal wick holder and cotton wick. A separate, removable shamash (helper light) is centrally positioned within a square recess; this component is finished in a reflective gold-toned metallic glaze. The item is accompanied by its original retail presentation packaging. The boxes feature a printed black circular logo containing Hebrew characters, positioned above the printed name MI POLIN in capital letters. One box further features a graphic design of eight stylized yellow oil droplets.
