Lot 42:
K. Wacker, A Trio of Framed African Wildlife Graphite Drawings
Description
A trio of African wildlife drawings executed in graphite pencil on off-white paper. The set features detailed realistic portraits of a roaring male lion, a snarling cheetah, and a sable antelope shown in profile. The artist has utilised fine line work and soft tonal blending to capture the textures of fur and horn. Each drawing bears the handwritten signature K. Wacker in pencil, located at the lower right or along the side edge of the composition. The drawings are professionally presented in dark olive-toned mats and housed in matching composite brown wood-effect frames featuring a thin metallic gold-toned inner fillet. The works are protected behind glass.
