Vintage Collector's China Collection | Hexagonal English Imari Style Cake Plate | Bishop & Stonier Orient Pattern Plate | Japanese Imari Plate | Rose Scalloped Wall Plate | English Tea Set Plate | Lidded Glass Trinket Dish
Description
A wonderfully varied and genuinely collectible mixed china and ceramics lot that will appeal strongly to collectors of English and Japanese porcelain. The standout pieces include a vintage hexagonal English porcelain cake plate in the Imari style with rich cobalt blue, orange and gilt detailing, a highly desirable decorative form, and a ceramic plate consistent with the Orient pattern by Bishop and Stonier, known in collecting circles as Bisto, a respected and collected English pottery house. A Japanese Imari-style plate in red, blue and gold adds Eastern porcelain interest alongside a delicate floral English tea set plate with gold rim, a decorative scalloped edge rose wall plate with romantic red and pink arrangement, and a vintage lidded glass trinket dish. A broad and varied collection with genuine collector depth across both English and Japanese ceramic traditions. Sold as-is, fragile items, viewing strongly recommended
