Lot 41:
Authentic Zebra Foal Skin Rug | Rare Small Format Natural African Wildlife Skin | Statement Décor or Collector's Piece
Description
A rare and striking authentic zebra foal skin rug, a smaller and considerably more unusual format than the standard adult zebra skin, offering the iconic and dramatic black and white striping of the zebra in a more compact and delicate presentation that is genuinely uncommon to find. Zebra foal skins are a rare collector’s piece, sought after by serious wildlife skin collectors, trophy décor enthusiasts and interior designers working with lodge, safari and African colonial interior themes. The distinctive tighter stripe pattern of a foal skin sets this apart from standard adult skins and makes it a particularly interesting and unique collector’s find. Buyers are responsible for satisfying themselves regarding any applicable regulations governing the ownership and sale of wildlife products in their jurisdiction prior to bidding. Sold as-is, viewing strongly recommended.
